Episodes with children tend to be brief and few.

Adults with chronic sinusitis or chronic ear problems often have thick charts. Referral practices have thicker charts

Put PCARCHIVER to use:

Scan records of patients not seen for 3 years. Remove and shred old records, following state guidelines. If the patient returns, print all or part of the old record and make a new active chart.

Condense thick charts by scanning and shredding older portions of the record. Scanned records can easily be shared between multiple offices. Scanning records provides backup and eliminates paper storage costs and retrieval.
