Typical Paper Charts:
Most patient charts are 3-10 pages. Patients treated for an acute problem may not be seen again or may not return for years.
Charts of patients with chronic diseases such as psoriasis, CTCL, atopic dermatitis, skin cancers, and precancers, may be thick. These patients may continue in active care for many years. |

Put PCARCHIVER to use:
Scan records of patients not seen for 3 years. Remove and shred old records, following state guidelines. If the patient returns, print all or part of the old record and make a new active chart.
Condense thick charts by scanning and shredding older portions of the record. Scanned records can easily be shared between multiple offices. Scanning records provides backup and eliminates paper storage costs and retrieval. |
